¼ Cup 100% Peanut butter
1 cup chicken broth (onion and garlic free)
4 teaspoons plain gelatin (no flavoured ones as they are toxic)
Get half of your chicken broth (1/2 cup) and place your 4 teaspoons for gelatin together in a bowl and mix.
Leave for at least 5 minutes so your gelatin can “bloom”.
While you’re waiting for your gelatin, gently melt your peanut butter and the other half (1/2 cup) of your chicken broth.
Once your peanut butter has completely melted add the mixture to gelatin and whisk or use a fork to combine until your gelatin is completely smooth.
Place your mixture into silicone mould and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or until they feel set!
